About the Friends
The Friends of the Crooked Valley Library is a dedicated non-profit (501(c)(3)) organization committed to supporting and enhancing the library’s vital role in our community. This group raises funds through membership dues, creative fundraisers, and sales from The Book Nook, a used book and gift shop conveniently located on the library’s lower level.
Current members of the Friends are individuals just like you—passionate library supporters who recognize the value of the library’s resources, programs, and services in enriching lives and strengthening the community.
The Friends of the Crooked Valley Library work hand in hand with library staff to provide an extra layer of support, funding projects and initiatives that go beyond the library’s regular operating budget. These efforts have contributed to innovative programs, facility enhancements, and expanded outreach, all designed to make the library an even more welcoming and resourceful space.
The organization is governed by an elected board of trustees who bring energy and vision to the group’s initiatives. With the continued involvement of members and the community, the Friends of the Crooked Valley Library strive to ensure the library remains a thriving hub for learning, creativity, and connection.
If you appreciate the library and want to make a meaningful difference, consider joining the Friends of the Crooked Valley Library. Together, we can support and grow this essential community treasure.
